Meet the coach
With years of competitive sports experience and a lifetime spent in the gym, I've always been fascinated by what our bodies are capable of. I understand the drive to push limits, chase goals, and discover new levels of strength. Through my own experiences and the opportunity to learn alongside industry experts, I've also come to appreciate the importance of balancing performance with mindful movement, recovery, and long-term health.
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I've expanded my education with additional certifications in Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, Women's Fitness, Senior Fitness, Behavior Change, and Nutrition Coaching. But learning doesn't stop with certifications. I'm constantly looking for ways to deepen my understanding of the human body and the science behind health and fitness. I believe being a great coach means remaining a lifelong student, and I'm committed to continually growing so I can give my clients the best guidance and support possible.
My Coaching Philosophy
I believe strength is something we build from the roots up. It's not just about lifting heavier weights or reaching a certain number — it's about learning to trust your body, challenging yourself in meaningful ways, and recognizing just how capable you truly are.
My approach combines intentional strength training, individualized programming, and long-term sustainability. I want my clients to feel challenged, supported, and empowered throughout their journey, while developing the confidence and knowledge to carry their strength into everyday life.
I'm naturally pretty talkative, and one of my favorite parts of coaching is getting to know my clients. I love building genuine connections and creating an environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself. Whether you thrive on high energy and encouragement or prefer a quieter, more focused approach, I adapt my coaching to what works best for you.
Beyond the Gym
Outside of coaching, I'm a huge animal lover, a photographer, and an unapologetic true crime enthusiast. My ideal evening usually involves curling up on the couch with a knitting or crochet project, a true crime documentary playing in the background, and my husband and our six-animal zoo keeping me company. As much as I love being active and challenging myself, I'm equally happy enjoying life's slower, cozier moments.
The iron rose difference
My mission is simple: to help women discover their strength, embrace their capabilities, and build confidence that extends far beyond the gym. Whether you're working toward a personal best, rebuilding your strength, or simply wanting to feel better in your own body, I want to help you create lasting progress without sacrificing your long-term health.
Because strength isn't just about what you accomplish today. It's about building a foundation that allows you to keep growing, moving, and thriving for years to come.
Where Strength Takes Root. 🌹
